| MEN |
| Disciples Men | This
group is open to any adult male member or visitor. The main focus of the
Disciples Men is Christian based fellowship time. Most times the
men meet over
breakfast on the second Saturday of the month. The breakfast meetings are
a time for the men of the church to break bread together as
brothers. This group is involved in hands-on-ministry with such activities as building our shelter house, traveling to Kentucky for work on flood relief, a yearly pancake breakfast to benefit Habitat for Humanity, and keeping up with the landscaping at the church. The men have used these times to strengthen not only their mutual friendship bonds, but also their spiritual walk. Several times during the year the men sponsor all church outings and events like trips to the Indians baseball games. All men are invited to the next Disciples Men breakfast/meeting at 7:30 on the second Saturday each month. |
