Our Facilities

As part of our goal to be a pillar in our community, Avon Christian Church rents its facilities to individuals and organizations within and outside of our community. We offer facility rentals for one-time events (e.g., special occasions, birthday parties, graduation parties) and recurring events (e.g., organization meetings, pickleball/recreation space). Conference Rooms

Space Description: small meeting room (up to 4 available)

Capacity: 12-18 people each

Square footage: 200-500

Amenities: TV with HDMI hookup, Wi-Fi, tables and chairs (as needed), short distance from indoor restrooms. Cabinet (storage) space available for long term rentals.

Pricing: $10-20 per hour

Family Life Center

Space Description: large, high ceiling meeting space / gymnasium

Capacity: 75-250 people

Square footage: 5500 (approximately)

Amenities: stage, padded chairs, tables (with custom arrangement as needed), Wi-Fi, basketball hoops, pickleball nets, and various games/balls available. Full media booth available upon request for additional charge.

Pricing: $60-150 per hour

Fellowship Hall

Space Description: large meeting room (1 available)

Capacity: 30-80 people

Square footage: 2500 (approximately)

Amenities: TV with HDMI hookup, Wi-Fi, tables and chairs (as needed), coffee bar, living room set (couch, chairs, and sitting area), short distance from indoor restrooms. Full kitchen with space for food preparation and cooking may be added for an additional charge.

Pricing: $50-75 per hour

Baseball Field

Space Description: outdoor baseball field

Capacity: 20-40 people

Square footage: Not applicable

Amenities: full-size baseball diamond with well-maintained grass, dirt infield, and fenced backstop

Pricing: $20 per hour
